Buyer beware of deceptive behavior by Fountain Auto Mall: unauthorized contract changes, switching lenders without consent, inflating the APR, adding a down payment not discussed, extending the long term without approval, threatening to remove incentives if not purchased that day, presenting paperwork designed to pressure a signature and refusing to honor the agreed out the door price. Be sure to read the contract BEFORE signing anything. If not what you negotiated, walk away.

My visit for service on my Acura RDX, which presented with two widely known and documented issues—a Limp Mode cycling error and rear brake squealing—was handled with shocking disregard for both my safety and verifiable Acura Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs). My vehicle was held for four days for diagnostic work. The eventual outcome, communicated by my Service Advisor, Eric, was a complete failure to diagnose or acknowledge either problem: * Limp Mode Cycling (The "Christmas Tree" Dash): I was told they "could not recreate the cycling issue" and "have never heard of this issue before." * Rear Brake Squeal (Low Speed in Reverse): I was told the brakes were "good" and the issue would "repair itself after a while." As a customer, a fountain actor for over 20 years and eight vehicles purchased I feel like my loyalty deserve deserves me the ability to get a response and resolution.

My husband and I visited Fountain Acura dealership on Saturday, November 1st with the intention of just looking as we were not ready to purchase any vehicle (mainly due to space at home and we already have enough vehicles. We met our friends as we looked around and forgot we where there to window shop when we got carried away reconnecting with them. While we were waiting, Colin and I chatted briefly about a few vehicles as he gave me some comparable between the vehicles we chatted about. He also pointed to the vehicle behind us and discussed the conditions it was in being a 2023 (RDX). I was surprised and showed my husband the conditions of the car (we were planning on getting an RDX in the near future but not that day). With the knowledge, professionalism, expertise of Colin, we didn't think twice and bought the car. Colin help us secured an awesome deal and was so patient and understanding. Because we weren't planning on making a purchase, we didn't have any money on us for deposit. He allowed us to return the next day to finalize the deal. He quickly accessed his computer and found the car we were seeking. Took us out for a test drive. Knowledgeable about the car and explained the features etc. Great personality by the way. Fazika, Harry, and Kyle are the worst. It's a long story, but my advice is dont believe anything they tell you and check your contract before signing it. They added me 8k to my contract without telling me anything. Be very careful at this dealership or better go somewhere else…
