Buyer beware of deceptive behavior by Fountain Auto Mall: unauthorized contract changes, switching lenders without consent, inflating the APR, adding a down payment not discussed, extending the long term without approval, threatening to remove incentives if not purchased that day, presenting paperwork designed to pressure a signature and refusing to honor the agreed out the door price. Be sure to read the contract BEFORE signing anything. If not what you negotiated, walk away.

I leased a new Acura in July of 2025 where the process was fine and I was satisfied. The issue I have now is that after several months I went to use the second (spare) key they provided me and realized it did not work. Wow, where do I begin? I pretty much negotiated the deal over the phone. We were two hours away. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my time and I bought from very prestigious car makers, such as Porsche but by far this was the best experience not only was the deal.
